Returns

Personalized jewelry is final sale. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-personalized, ready-to-ship jewelry may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

If we’ve made an error, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. Remakes for incorrect sizes, colors, materials, or personalization entered at checkout are not covered.

It took a little over 2 months to get the ring. Which would be fine normally, because these are unique items specially crafted for each order.

My problem came from it sitting in "waiting to ship" for 3 weeks. The customer service was good, they provided details when they could, it just aggravated me know the order was ready to ship, and it just durdled around for close to a month.

Regardless, the order was received, my wife loves the ring, and it showed up with no flaws.
