Please Note: Brass & Sterling silver pieces that are plated/dipped will naturally fade and tarnish over time as the plating wears with regular use. To help preserve the finish, we recommend removing your ring before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, and other beauty products.

While brass is commonly used in jewelry, it may cause skin discoloration or irritation in individuals with sensitive skin. If you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend choosing sterling silver or solid gold options.

For everyday wear, we highly recommend 14k solid gold. Unlike plated jewelry, solid gold will not fade, tarnish, or wear away over time, making it a lasting investment designed to be worn and cherished for a lifetime.

Shipping

We offer free USPS shipping with tracking on all purchases.

All 14k Solid Gold orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.

Each piece is handcrafted and personalized to order in our Los Angeles studio.

Because every necklace is created specifically for you, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Returns

Orders for personalized jewelry are final sale only and can only be cancelled or altered within 24 hours of purchase due to the customization of the item.

Ready to ship jewelry (non-personalized) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange

We strive to do our best, however, if you find we've made a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us ASAP (within 5 days of receiving your product) and we'll quickly work to resolve the issue.

Note that we can't be held responsible for any re-makes due to the wrong size, color, material, or engravings/customization entered incorrect.

Warranty

All of our jewelry comes with a free 1-year warranty for tarnishing, broken chains and lost stones.

After year one, customers can contact customer service to process any repairs for scratched, broken chains, tarnishing etc... to be repaired for $50.
