The necklace is gorgeous. The creation time and shipping is horrible. Throughout the order process it's mentioned that it'll be a couple weeks to create the personalized necklace and ship it out. That's fine. It was a total of 6 weeks from the time I ordered until the necklace was received. Double the expectation. I will say that customer service did respond to emails when I inquired, but it was really quite generic about where they were in the process and when the necklace would ship. Until the end, when they sent one about it being dipped, then finally a shipping notification. My daughter in law loves the necklace and it is beautiful.

I wanted to love this company. Their marketing is great, and their items look super cute. Love the concept of what they're doing. However, my experience was less than steller. Poor communication & follow-through are my biggest complaints.

The necklace is cute, though the engraving on the front isn't centered on the bar. It's more to the top, so the gaps at the top and bottom are uneven. I'm sure that's a minor detail to some, but to me, the details matter. So that's pretty disappointing.

Anyway, custom pieces are final sale, so there's no returning it or getting a refund. So beware if you decide to order the solid 14k bar like I did.

I love my necklace because it has the info and birthstone of my baby, a beautiful reminder of the joy he brings into my life

Necklace broke within the first 2 days of owning it, tried to get in touch with company for replacement and could never get a response

We couldn’t have had a better experience with this product, and the customer service. My fiancé absolutely loves this necklace, and never takes it off. I think it’s one of her favorite pieces of jewelry that she owns, the customization, for our newborn son was amazing. The quality of this product is very impressive!

I love how this simple and classic piece can be dressed up or down. I can wear it to work, but also when I am showering or playing with the kids. I also love the practicality of wearing the details of my firstborn‘s birth.

The necklace is very nice and is really elegant, it's exactly what my wife was looking for to celebrate the birth of our first son. It has held up to some pretty good beatings from my son. When my son was finally able to rip it off my wife's neck, getting it repaired was a breeze. Very impressed with the product and with customer service. Will certainly be buying more products from Pink and Blue!
